Hello all!!
I had a great weekend of workouts!! I lost 6 lbs according to the scale this morning!! I am pumped and so thrilled! I am thanking my AWESOME GOD that he has kept me going!! I did 5.3 miles Friday-on treadmill and stationary bike combined–did 3 miles on Saturday and did 5.3 again today!! When you see you first pounds come off it’s so motivating. I encourage everyone to keep going –even if you have a bad couple days(I did beginning of last week)–get back up again!! Keep working on your diet and get back to exercising-It’s so worth it!!

I made really good Grilled Chicken and garlic flatbread wraps today with fruit! I also bought really inexpensive rice cakes at ALDI’s that satisfy my sweet tooth and are very low carbs and even some protein.

Let’s stay in this together and keep encouraging each other!! Prayer going…

First “Official” Workout

Had my first official work out yesterday with Rachel at the Caine Halter Y! I feel like I did well -Rachel is encouraging! My daughter, Helen went with me. She is my biggest supporter and encourager -she keeps telling me how proud she is of me! It means more than I can say😊❤
I wish I could see some of the more but my schedules pretty wicked I’m going at all different times- definitely get the app for your phone if you can- helps you keep track really well of all your exercises!

Working on eating healthy and making myself “do” even when I feel like I can’t –Romans 8:11 will be my mantra throughout this program!! 🙂 “If the Spirit of him who raised Jesus from the dead dwells in you, he who raised Christ Jesus from the dead will also give life to your mortal bodies through his Spirit who dwells in you.” It is Christ’s Spirit doing the work as He knows I can’t-Amen!! Thank you Lord!
